Terms & Conditions — xlbola Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on xlbola, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits the use of online gambling services;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of xlbola, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the xlbola platform;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

xlbola reserves the right to conduct enhanced eligibility checks at any point. Providing false information regarding eligibility — including age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on xlbola. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or arising from error — is a violation of these Terms. xlbola will merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any Bonus Funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be void.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must immediately notify xlbola customer support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• xlbola will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance in it to any other person.
• To close your account, please contact xlbola customer support directly via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

xlbola is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to confirm the identity and eligibility of its players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals from xlbola are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM);
• Proof of Date of Birth: As shown on the identity document provided above or on a birth certificate;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan of your bank account statement or e-wallet account showing your name and account number — acceptable for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja accounts;
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document, taken on the date of submission.

xlbola reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on xlbola are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are applied by xlbola. Third-party fees — such as interbank transfer charges — are the responsibility of the Player.

Supported Payment Methods:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, with any associated winnings voided.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These amounts are subject to change at xlbola's discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to xlbola's anti-fraud review procedures.
• xlbola reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or an active fraud investigation.
• Processing times stated above are estimates. Actual processing times may vary depending on banking hours, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), and network conditions.
• xlbola does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

xlbola offers a range of promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the UEFA Champions League, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all xlbola promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one person, one household, one device, and one IP address only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• xlbola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a Player who has already opted in and commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Where a Player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, xlbola reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets may carry a reduced contribution percentage toward sports bonus wagering requirements; refer to the specific promotion page for applicable contribution rates.
• xlbola's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

All bets placed on xlbola are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules and any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the relevant market or product. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only once xlbola has issued a confirmed bet receipt displaying a unique reference number. Bets are not accepted verbally or via unconfirmed submissions.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, odds are locked at the time of bet confirmation. For live in-play markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly; the odds at the precise moment of bet acceptance apply.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or market suspension due to integrity concerns. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance at the original stake value.
• Maximum Payout Limits: xlbola applies maximum single-event and aggregate daily payout limits. These limits are published in the platform's betting rules section. xlbola reserves the right to reduce stakes or refuse bets that would expose the platform to payout amounts exceeding these limits.
• Integrity: xlbola cooperates with sports governing bodies and integrity monitoring organisations. Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or corruption will be subject to immediate investigation and may be voided with associated funds frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.
• Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot titles operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are published on the xlbola games information page. xlbola does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
• Togel (Numbers Lottery) Markets: Draw results for togel markets are sourced from authorised official draw providers. xlbola's settlement of togel bets is based solely on these official results and is final.

All Players are required to engage with the xlbola platform in a responsible manner. xlbola may, at its discretion, impose limits or restrictions on a Player's account if we have reason to believe that the Player's behaviour indicates problem gambling — regardless of whether the Player has formally requested such restrictions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xlbola platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the xlbola platform or its third-party game providers;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures;
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the xlbola platform's technical infrastructure;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt betting activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xlbola staff or other platform users.

All content on the xlbola platform — including but not limited to the xlbola brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xlbola or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xlbola platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any xlbola content without prior written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract odds data, game data, or any other platform data by automated means;
• Create derivative works based on xlbola's intellectual property;
• Use the xlbola brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xlbola, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the xlbola platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside xlbola's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or prolonged power outages;
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform where such information was affected by a technical error;
• Any losses sustained as a direct result of gambling, including losses arising from decisions made based on the platform's promotional content.

Where xlbola's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xlbola account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xlbola reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — xlbola will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the xlbola platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xlbola is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms. Players who access the xlbola platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their specific situation.

xlbola does not represent or warrant that the services offered on this platform are legal in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet.
